MY WEIGHT LOSS ACCOMPLISHMENT THROUGH A NATURAL PROCESS

My Weight Loss Journey HOW TO LOSE up to 2 stones at HOME!!!





I am not with any stupid scheme this is from my own hard work which I’m willing to share with you, if you would like to participate in this journey for your health
Go ahead and try it the results are good.

But if you are new to exercise buy a supplement from argos/holland&barret/boots called thermobol it contains caffeine to give you an extra push for exercise it contains natural products all you have to do is take
a the tablet 30 mins before exercise on empty stomach.

JUST DO
simple workouts i struggled and do simple workouts such as plank, squats, weight lifting and jogging. An EXAMPLE

Morning – Green tea & Boiled Eggs

Snack Time ‘Before Lunch’ – Fruit/Dried fruit and nuts

Lunch- Anything Low Calorie BUT NO CARBS, CHOCOLATE OR FIZZY DRINKS

Drink plenty of water throughout the day

Feeling a little peckish after lunch just fill up with diluted drinks

Have a nice protein filled meal chicken and veg etc

 

You can mix up your diet with any type of foods just remember ladies calorie intake should be 2000 and the mens calorie intake should be 2500.

Or you can take up some exercises like Yoga, Tai Chi something nice easy going if you are starting out in this.

CUT OUT YOUR CARBS AND EAT PROTEIN CUT OUT FIZZY POP AND CHOCOLATES!


Its for the best :) best thing about this weight loss is you can have breaks and not put weight back on :)
